Changed your mind?

No problem. You can return a book within 14 days of it arriving. Just make sure it’s still in perfect condition — unread, unmarked, and as lovely as when we sent it.

Something’s gone wrong?

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, we’re really sorry. Let us know within 7 days — and if you can, include a quick photo — and we’ll sort it with a replacement or refund. We’ll also cover return postage in these cases.
